Hi, PHEV enthusiasts. My name is Bill Palmer. I am a founding member of the EAA and have built or converted two EVs. I now have a Toyota Highlander Hybrid which I want to convert to a PHEV. I would like to work with any teams to convert any hybrid car to PHEV so that I can learn enough to convert my Highlander Hybrid. Or, my Highlander can be the guinea pig on which a team can learn how to convert a gas only hybrid to a plug-in hybrid.
