New page

''' Nissan Altima Hybrid '''

The Altima (AHL - tee - mah) Hybrid uses components from Toyota, transplanted into the standard Altima. However, Nissan tweaked the software to get more performance from the vehicle, at the cost of fuel economy.

In the US, the car is available only in 8 states: California and North East states.

In particular, the battery pack is identical to the Toyota Camry pack. Presumably, therefore, it uses the same CAN codes. The pack is placed behind the rear passenger seat.
