I own a company called Perfect Sky that trains technicians to work on hybrid vehicles. My clients include the City of New York (1100+ hybrid passenger cars), City of Toronto, California Bureau of Automotive Repair, and hundreds of technicians, including master technicians who had already been trained by Toyota. If I have technical information that will be useful to the EAA-PHEV project, I am happy to share it. We conduct our own research and develop our own training materials.

I also write articles on hybrids, PHEVs, and other subjects for Green Car Congress: in fact, one of my articles "Toyota Ratchets Up Plug-In Hybrid Talk" is referenced on your website.

I am currently in Europe researching their plug-in hybrid progress, although I usually travel to the US at least once per month for stateside business.
