Buy your vehicle a bumper sticker and/or a license plate frame so that it can demonstrate its interest while at the same time promoting a greater appreciation of the [http://www.calcars.org/vehicles.html benefits of Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles](PHEVs). Seven dollars, ($7.01 to be precise), of each item ordered will be donated to the non-profit [http://www.calcars.org/about.html California Cars Initiative], (CalCars), the balance going to [http://www.cafepress.com Cafepress] for their trouble.  

(''Worried that you won't be able to remove the bumper sticker later without damaging your car?'' You can buy it a [http://www.veganstore.com/shirts,-stickers,-etc./magnets/magnetic-sticker-holder/Page_1/282_dash_1a.html Magnetic Bumper Sticker Holder] if you intend to affix it to a ferrous surface, something which I discovered does not ''apply'' in the case of the Prius' rear hatch.  However, in removing an obsolete version of the sticker, I found that it actually came off quite easily without any damage to the paint, so I think it's nothing to be worried about.)
