You indicate that the batteries are required to accept up to 120A of charge from the regeneration system, yet the batteries that you have used in all your testing are only rated to accept 15A charge. Have you had any problems with this? Have you limited the regeneration due to the battery limitations that exist right now?
I am returning to this subject again as I am about to embark on my plug-in Prius Project. When using the lead acid battery pack have you had any issues with the regeneration exceeding the specifications of the batteries?
