I would like to contribute to the wiki documentation updates. Initially, I would like to fix obvious spelling errors. Perhaps I can do more in the future. I have a 2006 Mercury Mariner Hybrid against which I can compare the 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid instructions. I would like to convert my Mariner to PHEV when battery costs come down a bit and my own finances allow. I would probably pay for the greater efficiency of NiMH or Li-ion batteries. A potential first-step may be to get a CAN-View hooked up. My Mariner does not have the NAV/fancy display so the amount of data presented to the driver is minimal.
I would also like to convert a 2004 Camry Solara to a through-the-road electric hybrid.
